Services
tria provides software engineering services — digital products, backend, APIs and data, AI and automation, security, UI/UX, QA, dedicated teams, and modernization.
Service specifications are governed by the signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) between the parties. In case of conflict, the SOW prevails.
Pricing & Quotes
Prices published on the website are reference starting prices in USD. The budget estimator generates a preliminary estimate for informational purposes; final pricing is defined through a detailed quote.
Prices may change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Website content (text, design, logo, graphics) is owned by tria or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Intellectual property of project deliverables is governed by the corresponding MSA/SOW.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the site in a way that: (a) violates laws or third-party rights; (b) introduces malicious code; (c) attempts unauthorized access to tria systems; or (d) interferes with the site's operation.
Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. tria is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
